We believe in a free Republic, open to all who wish to live free from interference from government on their own Honor with safe, open interactions with one another and freedom to conduct their own lives and business within the common law, that form of law which is common to all mankind.
Though not required, most of us living in a Republic are Christian, God-fearing people who want the best out of life in peace, honor and sincerity.
We believe in upholding the Constitution for united States of America as originally written, its first (and correct) thirteen amendments and using that structure to keep government from becoming tyrannical. We also believe that all laws of the land should follow the Superior Law of the land (the Holy Bible as cited in Public Law 97-280) and the Supreme Laws of the land: the Lee Resolution, the Constitution for the united States, the Northwest Ordinance, The Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the Law of Nations and the various treaties.
We also believe that using the Republic way of life to allow each of us to live as close to God's plan as possible is the best life there is. In the Old Testament, we never had a governing body. We didn't need one. We kept God's Laws and left each other alone except as needed to defend our People. We did not have a king until we transgressed God's Law in keeping company with those we should not have and became jealous of their ways. We then started demanding a king. Things have gone downhill from there. We only needed one King, the One we already had. God Himself.
The Republic ideal is that government is relegated to a very few specific things they oversee in a set manner and that's it. If they step outside of that or trample on the rights of the People, there is a severe price to pay. We were forced into imposing this because with power comes greed. Greedy people become very determined to get more, no matter the cost. That's what has brought us to where we are today. Greed. Another of the seven deadly sins.
